This notice covers this website and its demo request form. It does not cover the records that companies keep inside Enclav.

Who we are
Enclav runs this website. Questions about your data: [email protected].
What we collect
What you type into the demo request form: your name, email address, mobile number if you give one, business name, type of business, how many people work with you, the products you tick and your message. Also the page you sent it from, the campaign link you followed if there was one, the website you came from if your browser tells us, and your IP address and browser type, which we use only to keep spam out.
Why
Only to reply to you about your request: to arrange a demo, or to talk with you about a product you told us you need. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell or share your details for advertising.
If you tick a product that is not available yet
We use that to understand what people need and to talk with you about it. It is not an order, and it does not put you on a mailing list.
Who sees it
Enclav's own team. Two services handle it on the way: Cloudflare, which delivers this website and carries its traffic, and our email provider, which delivers the notification to us.
How long we keep it
We delete your request 12 months after we last dealt with it, sooner if you ask. Your IP address and browser type are removed after 30 days. Backup copies age out within a further 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
In your browser
The demo form remembers what you typed in your own browser until you send it or close the tab.
If your employer uses Enclav
Your employer decides what is kept about you there. Ask them first. They can reach us if they need our help.
Changes
If we change this notice we will change the version above.
