Enclav HR & PayrollReady to demo

Still doing payroll by hand on payday night?

Time clock, payroll and payslips for small Philippine shops.

Your team clocks in. Enclav keeps the timesheet, the leave and the overtime, then works out each payslip from it, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax. You check it, approve it and print the payslips.

Made for cafes, stores and water refilling stations with 3 to 50 people.

  • Nothing to install
  • Runs on the phone, tablet or computer you already have
  • Priced per employee

yourshop.getenclav.ioYour shop gets its own sign-in address, with your logo on it.

The owner's home page. Sample data. The shop, the people and the amounts are made up.

Sound familiar?

If this is your shop, we made Enclav for you.

  • Who actually came in today?

A time clock at the counter and on your staff's phones, with a photo saved on every punch. Your home page shows who is in today.

  • Leave and overtime are buried in the group chat.

Staff file leave, overtime, undertime, official business and missed punches from their phone. You choose who approves what.

  • Payroll eats a whole day every cutoff.

Holiday, rest-day, overtime and night-differential pay are worked out from the timesheet. You review every payslip before you approve.

  • What do I owe SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR this month?

The monthly figures for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR 1601-C, from the pay runs you approved, to print or export. You still file and pay with each agency yourself.

  • Everyone keeps asking for their payslip.

Each employee can open their own payslips online once the pay run is marked paid.

  • 13th month is a December scramble.

13th month pay is computed from the year's approved payrolls.

A normal Tuesday

Here is what a regular Tuesday looks like.

Follow one day at a small cafe. The screens are from Enclav, simplified. The shop, the people and the numbers are made up.

  1. 7:58 AM

Maria opens the shop and clocks in at the counter.

    What you get

Turn any tablet into your shop's time clock. Staff tap their name and enter their own PIN. A photo is saved with every punch.

Someone at another branch, or starting the day on a delivery? They clock in from their own phone with a live selfie and a location check. Punches from outside the work location are flagged for you, not blocked.

The time clock on a shop tablet. Sample data. The shop, the people and the amounts are made up.
  2. 10:20 AM

Jose asks for two days off. Not in the group chat.

    What you get

Staff file leave, overtime, undertime, official business and missed punches from their phone. You choose who approves what, up to four steps.

Before you say yes, you see how many leave days he has left.

A leave request waiting for the owner. Sample data. The shop, the people and the amounts are made up.
  3. 12:30 PM

You are at the supplier, not at the shop. You still know.

    What you get

Your home page shows who is in today, what needs your approval, when the next payday is, and what is due to the agencies. It runs in the browser on your phone. Nothing to install.

Yesterday Ben forgot to clock out. A forgotten clock-out is never guessed. It waits for a manager to fix, with a reason on record.

Your home page, on your phone. Sample data. The shop, the people and the amounts are made up.
  4. 8:05 PM

The evening rush runs long. Maria stays three hours and files it as overtime before she goes home.

    What you get

She files it from her phone. You approve it from yours. Approved overtime and leave flow straight into the timesheet and the payroll.

Timesheets show lates, undertime, overtime, night hours, absences and holidays worked.

An overtime request, approved. Sample data. The shop, the people and the amounts are made up.

That was Tuesday. The punches are on the timesheet. Jose's leave and Maria's three hours are approved and on it too. One thing is still open: Ben's Monday, waiting for a manager to fix.

Payday

Then the 15th comes. Check, approve, print.

The pay period closes. Payroll starts from the timesheet your team filled in by clocking in. Enclav works out each payslip. You read them before anything is final.

  1. Check

Pay twice a month, monthly or weekly. Monthly, daily and hourly staff go in the same run. Holiday, rest-day, overtime and night-differential pay are worked out from the timesheet. SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions and withholding tax are computed from the contribution and tax tables loaded in Enclav.

  2. Approve

Review every payslip before you approve. Approving asks for your password again. Allowances, deductions, loans and cash advances keep their running balances.

  3. Pay and print

Printable payslips, and each employee can open their own online once the pay run is marked paid. Paying in cash? Round take-home pay to the peso and see the difference on the payslip. Enclav does not move money: you pay your staff the way you do now, from a list of who gets how much.

Enclav computes. You decide.

Check the figures against your own records before you approve, especially in your first pay runs.

Follow Maria's three hours.

  1. Tue, 8:05 PMFiled on her phone
  2. Tue, 8:41 PMApproved by the owner
  3. The 15thOn her payslip: Overtime (125%) (3 hrs)

Three hours, entered once.

A sample payslip. Sample data. The shop, the people and the amounts are made up.

Straight answers

What Enclav does not do.

Better you hear it from us now than find out later.

  • It does not file for you.You get the monthly figures for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR 1601-C. You still file and pay with each agency yourself.
  • It does not send money.Enclav works out the pay. You hand it over the way you do now.
  • It needs internet. The time clock at the counter has to be online. One exception: if the signal drops while someone is clocking in on their phone, the punch is saved and sent when the connection is back.
  • No free trial, no online sign-up.We set each company up ourselves, with you. It starts with a demo.

The Enclav family

One product today. Four more are planned.

Enclav HR & Payroll is ready to demo today. POS, CRM and Books are coming. They are not built, so we show no screens and give no dates.

Which would you add first?

Coming means planned and not available yet. We don't publish dates, because we would rather not guess. Telling us what you need is not an order.

See where each product stands

Today you keep the POS and the books you already use. Enclav looks after people, time and pay.

Your records

Who can see your payroll.

Kept apart

Each company's records are kept apart from every other company's. The database enforces it, not just the screens.

Salaries stay private

Salaries are visible only to owners and admins. A manager sees her team and approves their requests. She does not see salaries.

No quiet visits

If our support team ever needs to open your account, it is for a limited time, with a written reason, a visible banner, and an entry in your own record of changes.

A record of changes

Changes are logged with who made them and when.

A second step at sign-in is available for every account: a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone. It is optional.

Questions about hosting, backups or how your data is handled? Ask us in the demo. We will tell you exactly where things stand today.

Getting started

Three steps, and we do them with you.

  1. Ask for a demo

Tell us about your shop. We show you Enclav and answer your questions. We also tell you plainly what is ready for your shop today and what is not.

  2. We set your company up with you

You get your own sign-in address, like yourshop.getenclav.io, with your logo on it. Bring your whole team in from a spreadsheet.

  3. Run your first payday

For the first one, keep your old way beside it and compare the two.

How much?

Priced per employee. Ask us for a quote.

Some plans bill a minimum number of employees. If yours does, the quote says so before you decide.

Questions

Questions you might have.

Do I need to buy any equipment?

Not a time clock machine. The counter time clock runs on a tablet or laptop you already have, as long as it stays online. Staff who clock in on their own phone each need their own login and mobile data.

Is there an app to download?

No. Enclav runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install.

What if the internet goes down?

Enclav needs a connection, and the time clock at the counter has to be online. One exception: if the signal drops while someone is clocking in on their phone, the punch is saved and sent when the connection is back.

My staff are paid daily, in cash. Does that work?

Yes. Monthly, daily and hourly staff go in the same run, and you can round take-home pay to the peso for cash payouts.

Does Enclav file my SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR?

No. It gives you the monthly figures for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR 1601-C, to print or export. You file and pay with each agency yourself.

Can I try it for free?

There is no free trial and no online sign-up right now. Request a demo and we will set your company up with you.

How much does it cost?

Enclav is priced per employee. Ask us for a quote. Some plans bill a minimum number of employees. If yours does, the quote says so before you decide.

Do I have to wait for POS, CRM or Books before I start?

No. HR & Payroll works by itself. The other products are planned as additions, not replacements.

When is the POS coming?

We don't publish dates, because we would rather not guess. HR & Payroll is what we can show you today. If you need POS, CRM or Books, tick it in the demo form.

I already use Enclav. Where do I sign in?

Tap Sign in at the top of this page. Owners, admins and staff all use the same sign-in. Your company's own address, like yourshop.getenclav.io, works too. If you have more than one business on Enclav, one login opens each of them.

Talk to us

Bring your payroll questions.

We will show you the screen that answers each one, or tell you plainly that it is not there yet. Priced per employee. The quote comes with the demo.
